Kazakhstan to debut in 2007 FIVB World Grand Prix as replacement for Thailand

Lausanne, 22nd January 2007 – Following a decision by the Thai government that its top Volleyball team should participate in the Universiade, which will be staged in Bangkok this year, the FIVB’s World Grand Prix Council has confirmed that Kazakhstan will be the replacement team from the Asian Volleyball Confederation in the 2007 World Grand Prix.
